This will be an overview of how to create an Incident. How it progresses through its life cycle. How to edit an Incident and other questions regarding an Incident. How to run a report for Incidents.
This session will highlight the impact intentional instructional moves have on student achievement and school culture. Participants will gain knowledge on how to strengthen the work of the ILT to increase students growth with a consistent through line that supports the Whole Child.
I will illustrate how PLCs can create collaborative social studies unit plans following district pacing and standards. Following a less is more approach, backwards design and unpacking standards will be focus of this session. Teachers will be provided with some time to lesson plan.
Middle school teachers will be provided an informational session on learning how to navigate the South Carolina Science State Standards, and how to use in lesson planning. Recommended for New Middle School Teachers or Staff who are not familiar with SC Science Standards.

Participants will receive templates and tools to set up the development and organization of collaborative team practices. Singleton and EOC courses alike will be able to use the structures and tools provided.

Learn how to provide yearlong practice of leadership skills leading up to a live competition where students put these skills into action. Develop competition rounds that are engaging, motivating, and fun where students compete to become the Amazing Shake Champion.
We will explore research based effective use of teacher feedback and plan ways to incorporate effective feedback into our practice and lesson plans to improve student achievement.
